You can expect a detail oriented presentation with dates, addresses, ticket pricing, opening/closing hours, permits requirements, distance from home-base, etc. Everything you need to know when hosting an event or embarking on a new trip will be included to ensure piece of mind.
Due to abundant experience in this profession, weekend trips generally take 1-2hours to coordinate. Corporate events range from 2-6 hours to organise and plan. Please provide at least 48 hour notice to requesting a detailed itinerary, event presentation, activity summary.
