First and foremost, i would like to discuss all the requirements for the page design. i will need brand guidelines, if any. you can share any reference site too to let me know the type of design and type of functionality you want.

As in my basic package, i will design one page. So based on your specifications, i will deliver you a jpg file of the design. Here you can ask for changes, if any.
