UI/UX Designer Needed to Continue Ongoing Project
Very disappointing experience. The designer did not properly review the project documentation before starting the work, which resulted in incorrect designs being produced. I repeatedly asked if there were any questions before beginning, but instead the work was started without fully understanding the requirements.
When the mistakes were pointed out and clarification was provided, the designer became defensive and ultimately terminated the contract instead of addressing the feedback. Communication became confrontational, and they refused to correct the work despite the project requirements being clearly documented.
Additionally, the designer recorded several hours of work while delivering only partial results (a few simple pages without mobile versions), even though they had previously estimated the entire task would take around 6 hours.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to collaborate to resolve misunderstandings. I cannot recommend working with this freelancer.
