Considering all conditions related to the building, like: construction materials, location, cardinal orientation, climatic region and others, I determine the equipments specifications needed (BTU´s and CFM´s) to reach the temperature required.

Equipment´s Pre-selection and location. Ductwork routes and pipes sizes.

Determine the best location for the equipments, and their ductwork, taking into consideration, the client opinion and aesthetic aspects, optimizing space and saving energy.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Edward.
