kits.style. CRO-driven Shopify OS 2.0 redesign for a UK automotive retailer. Built a GA4 to BigQuery analytics pipeline, identified funnel leaks, shipped a mobile-first redesign. 90% of the codebase AI-generated using Claude and Cursor.
