Creative Graphic Designer for Instagram & Facebook Posts – Ongoing Work
I really want to leave an honest review, even though i was super disappointed.
Kristine showed real promise during the trial. Based on that, I offered her a proper contract, was transparent about expectations. I also arranged for weekly payments instead of monthly — to make things easier and fairer for her.
Unfortunately, despite accepting the offer and being given full access to our image library and creative plans, she stepped away from the job very shortly after starting citing too much work. This caused major disruption on my end, especially as we had already mapped out a consistent visual direction for the brand.
Kristine has potential but she needs to be confident on how she prices her work and when she accepts a job, to honor the contract. In this case she unfortunately didn't.
