I would not recommend Jethel to anyone who requires timely project completion. Communication was consistently poor, with long periods of no response, which directly caused project delays.
Deliverables were repeatedly pushed beyond the agreed timeframes without clear explanation. Due to the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I had to end the contract before the project was completed, as the situation was no longer acceptable.
