I’m the co-founder/builder behind Ugly Sweater Party LLC / USP AI, where we help businesses turn messy manual workflows into cleaner websites, dashboards, lead systems, and AI-assisted processes. Before moving deeper into AI and software systems, I spent 7 years in welding and fabrication, often in lead or lower-management roles. That background helps me understand real-world business operations: scheduling, estimates, client communication, project execution, follow-up, and the chaos that happens when systems are not organized.
