🎓 Educational Background
I hold an MS in Human Factors/Ergonomics from San Jose State University (GPA: 3.7/4), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Osmania University (GPA: 3.5/4), and a Bachelor of Computer Application from Symbiosis International University (GPA: 3.7/4).
💼 Professional Experience
At MathWorks, I redesigned the user experience for MATLAB’s App Designer Figure Container and developed an inclusive UX toolkit for Accessibility. I’ve also directed UX Research for e-commerce experiences at Tapestry and designed end-to-end Salesforce-based SaaS products at Deloitte Digital.
