You will get a high quality Archicad library part made with GDL with the following features according to your requirements :
• Optimization of geometries and materials for BIM use
• Representation in 3 levels of detail + 2D specific display
• Representation related to software's own visual styles
• Implementation of technical/commercial manufacturer data
• Parametrization following agreed options/constraints
The object will be natively coded in GDL with no geometry import in order to keep the file as lightweight as possible.
Deliverables will be in :
• .gsm format for the object
• .lcf formats for whole library
• .pln for a system library parts or in the case of a whole library
Examples of library parts and their respective tiers :
• Basic library part (Simple furniture, Wall or Floor coverings, Material objects...)
• Standard library part (Light fixtures, Sanitary terminals, Parametric furniture, Site products, Fittings...)

From the provided references (2D / 3D drawings, technical / commercial data...), I will prepare my template and the parameters needed to create the library part.
Creation
The object will be created with GDL and according to the scope of the project. For complex objects, we may schedule a status meeting once a minimum viable concept is done in order to validate the directions of the project.
