1. User research & Journey Mapping
✅I conduct interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m
designing for and their needs.
2. Wireframing and Low-fidelity Prototypes
✅ Taking the time to draft iterations of each screen of the app on paper ensured that the elements that made it to digital wireframes would be well-suited to address user pain points.
3. Usability Testing & Iterative Design
✅ Using the completed set of digital wireframes, I create a low-fidelity prototype so the prototype could be used in a usability study.

Delivery time starts when Henok receives requirements from you.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Submission
The client submits brand guidelines, brand assets, an outline (if available), and other information that will need to be included in the design. Ex- logos, images, and brand colors.
Low Fidelity
Low Fidelity design will be drafted to be approved by the client.
