Working Style:
• Responsiveness: I always reply within one hour if I don’t have an on-going project. You will be warned about any delays, vacations, and emergency situations beforehand.
• Project updates: That usually depends on the project, but I can update on the process every day if necessary. Simply ask and I will always let you know where I am at.
• Clear communication: I always try to explain things and provide necessary clarifications using PDF files and UpWork messages in my workflow. If there is a need, I am always ready to discuss through whatever means is best for you – including voice & video calls.
• File support: All of my clients get one year (from file submission) warranty on the provided files. This means that you can request file conversions, size changes and print production adjustments free of charge during the warranty period.
