Creative Web Designer Needed for Innovative Projects
The project started well, and the freelancer was initially enthusiastic and motivated. However, as the project progressed, a significant amount of guidance and direction was required to complete even relatively straightforward tasks. Recommendations and feedback provided throughout the project were often not implemented despite repeated discussions.
The project appeared to be rushed towards completion, with a funding request submitted before all agreed deliverables had been completed. The original proposal was not fully delivered, and several issues remained outstanding at the point the project was marked as complete.
The website itself is still incomplete and requires further development and refinement, despite the incomplete website, it has already been launched. There are outstanding issues relating to content, formatting, user experience, functionality, and overall quality assurance. Despite these concerns being raised on multiple occasions, the freelancer maintained that the website was complete and that no further work was required, which I strongly disagree with based on the current state of the site.
A particular concern is that, despite the website not meeting the agreed scope and still requiring corrections, additional work has repeatedly been presented as new tasks requiring separate milestones and additional payment. In my view, many of these items fall within the original scope of work and should have been addressed before the project was considered complete.
There are also duplicated sections, inconsistent formatting and spacing, placeholder-style content, unfinished areas, and pages that would benefit from further proofreading, optimisation, and testing. A comprehensive review and additional work would be required to bring the website up to the standard originally expected.

Email Templates and Marketing
Needed some html work to be done with SendGrid. She is able to write HTML, apparently knows nothing of SendGrid and when trying to troubleshoot some issues, became unhelpful. We ended up using a template found online instead of her work, but force me to work an entire holiday. I would not recommend working with her.
