Frontend Developer (VueJS,Nuxt,CSS,HTML,JS)
I am not very happy with him at all. He accepted my full-time job, 3 days later he accepted an other job on upwork. (saw that later on his profile) So he was always far away from the agreed 40hr/wk. It was always difficult to contact him, the agreement to communicate via Discord didn't work at all, I had to contact him via Upwork to get a chance he read it. After multiple questions about status and why he accepted an other job, he told me about an other full-time job offer he want to take. He again said he will finish the project he had started even if he works on the other job full-time. But after one week I had to ask again about the status and not much happend. After the weekend he decided to tell me he can't handle my project.
So overall I wouldn't work with him again. I am very unhappy as I lost about 3 weeks on my project, where someone could have worked on full-time if he would have been honest.

Developer needed for Laravel/Vue/JS based SaaS
Oarabile did his best to get onto our rather large SaaS project, came up with a decent suggestion where to deal with a bug. Did not solve that bug but pointed us out into the right direction. Which was appreciated by us. As we needed a senior not junior to medior we cannot keep him for now as we need the base version done asap. We will however keep him in mind for future work.
