DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN! HE IS A LIAR AND A STEALER!
This man started working for me since December 2024. He did a quiet decent job creating a funnel and start up page for me. I thought we had a good flow and working relationship.
Around the month of April or so, we stopped talking as I thought the most of the project was finished.
Months later around June, my accountant was asking me why so much funds was being spent on UpWork? I looked and was shocked.
I DID NOT KNOW THAT OUR CONTRACT WITH EMMANUEL was still ongoing!? It was around $300 per week!
He claimed that he's still clocking in daily hours maintaining and reviewing the pages etc. I told him that shouldn't be the case as we never agreed to that and that I will report him to Upwork. I didn't then. I relented as he said he could help work something out. BUT I DID END THE CONTRACT.
Months later now, it is September 16, I see for whatever miraculous reason, I have had a NEW CONTRACT WITH EMMANUEL since February 2025!? How odd... And we have been paying him nearly $300 per week since!! I am appalled and am WARNING YOU TO NOT WORK WITH THIS SWINDLER!
I will report him to AMEX our CC company to negotiate to get all things paid work.
I will as well report to Upwork for this erroneous work ethic and lying tactics of stealing money from us ever since! What a horrible representation!
