SaaS Interactive Figma Prototyping for Demo
Working with Usman was an absolute 10/10 experience. He went above and beyond for our team, working late through the weekend to make sure our interactive prototype was delivered on time for a critical meeting. He was extremely attentive, proactive, and always willing to jump on a call to make sure alignment was crystal clear; frequently catching small UX blind spots we hadn't even thought of. Elite execution, incredible communication, and high attention to detail. He sat on a call on Saturday night for 2hours working through the UX details because the user flow had some gaps and we needed to identify. That to me is real commitment. I would/will definitely hire him again when needed.

UI/UX Designer Needed to Redesign Ride-Hailing Web App (SaaS / Marketplace Experience)
I am ending this contract because Milestone 2 did not meet the agreed requirements or the design direction discussed throughout the project. I provided detailed requirements, reference examples, screenshots, and written feedback over several days. Despite multiple design iterations, the final work did not reflect the premium quality or creative direction that I hired the freelancer to deliver.
The issue was not a lack of communication. I repeatedly explained what I was looking for, but the designs continued to miss the agreed direction. As a result, I no longer have confidence that the project can be completed successfully.
I appreciate the time the freelancer invested, but time spent alone does not mean the agreed deliverables were achieved. Since Milestone 2 did not produce work that met the agreed requirements, I am requesting a full refund of the escrow funds.
