Hi, I'm Tanjim. I've been building websites for the past 5 years. For the last few years, I've been working full-time as a remote front-end developer, currently at Ixios Innova, building React and Tailwind-based interfaces for production apps. That's why my Upwork history shows just one completed job from 2023 - most of my time has been going into employed work.

I'm taking on freelance projects again alongside my full-time role, and I wanted to be upfront about that so you know what you're getting.

What I actually do well: I take designs (Figma, XD, PSD, Sketch, even rough sketches or PDFs) and turn them into clean, responsive websites. Most of my day-to-day work involves HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and React. I also use Alpine.js when a project needs lightweight interactivity without the overhead of a full framework.

A few things worth mentioning:

I write code by hand. No drag-and-drop builders, no messy auto-generated markup. If you open the files later, another developer should be able to read and extend them without cursing my name.

I care about how the site looks on every screen size, not just desktop. Mobile and tablet behavior gets the same attention as the main layout.

I'll match your design closely. If something in the Figma file doesn't quite work technically (which happens), I'll tell you before I start - not after.

Things I can help with:

- Figma / XD / PSD / Sketch to HTML (Tailwind or Bootstrap)
- Figma to React components
- Landing pages and marketing sites
- Admin dashboards and panels
- Performance fixes and PageSpeed improvements

I'm comfortable communicating in English and I usually reply within a few hours during my working day. If you're in a very different timezone, let me know - I can usually adjust for at least some overlap.
