I'm a Head of Product and UX. I led product discovery at Spotify on features used by tens of millions, and I helped take Babylon Health from an early-stage startup to a $4B IPO.
On the call, I'll give you a straight read on whatever's blocking you. That might be your product strategy, what to build next and what to drop, MVP scope, the UX of a key flow, an AI feature you're unsure about, or how to test a decision before you spend engineering time on it.

I cover the full arc. Strategy and roadmap, the actual UX and interface design, prototyping, and build to validate an idea before a single engineer is committed. I work AI-native, using Claude Code, Lovable and Replit to turn a concept into a clickable prototype in hours, not weeks, so we test the idea before building it. That range is what's let me ship in regulated, high-stakes domains like fintech and healthcare, where the experience has to be both excellent and compliant.
How I help:
• 0-to-1 product & UX strategy - discovery, roadmap, MVP definition and interface design, with compliance built in from day one rather than bolted on later.
• AI features that actually ship - turning AI/LLM capability into a product you can release in a regulated environment: governance, explainability, the audit trail. At Babylon, I took AI services into live NHS and international clinical settings.
• Rapid de-risking - I prototype concepts in a sandbox with synthetic data to validate desirability and regulatory feasibility before engineering starts. You fail cheaply in discovery, never in production.
