Hi - I am offering a web design package that's perfect for small business owners! This is a modern, simple website that's customized for your business at a super affordable price. No long-term commitments are sales pitches. If you're unfamiliar with web design or digital marketing, I'll walk you through each step and communicate with you in plain language. I'll make sure this site is done correctly and that it's designed to help your business.
Here's some features of what I'm offering:
• Custom homepage and up to four additional pages to feature your services/products and business.
• Initial discuss with you to discuss the project and answer questions
• SEO: I will develop a SEO/keyword strategy for your website to make sure it performs well in Google searches.
• I will use your photos/graphics on the site or provide stock photos if needed.
• I will use your business logo but offer to create a logo for you if you don't have one (this is a small, added fee).
• You get to review and approve the final design and I will revise anything that you want to change.
• I work with all web hosting/builder platforms such as GoDaddy, Wix, Weebly/Square, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.

What do I do? Most of my work is helping business owners make sense of their websites. You don't have to pay thousands of dollars to have a website that works for you and your business. The goal is to have a site that is designed to do well in Google searches, attract visitors, generate potential customers and create opportunity for increased sales.
So, I always look to talk with you by phone or a zoom call to hear what's going on, or what you're hoping to achieve. Then, I'll look at your existing site to figure out what's not working right. Or, if it's a new site, I'll develop a proposal to share with you that I feel would meet your needs.
We discuss this information together and then I'd figure out the hours needed to do the work and give you a firm cost for all of the work - whether you pay me hourly or by the project - I like to provide customers with a total cost so we both know what to expect. I'll also give you a time estimate for the work.
If my proposal is out of your budget, I'll look for ways to do something positive for your site that fits in your budget.
I'm very much a one-stop-shop for web services as I do all of the key pieces of work - which not everyone does:
- Web design: I'll design the structure of your site and pages to ensure the flow meets your business goals and also makes sense to customers.
- Web development: I'll use WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace or any other web platform to make the design come to life. I'll build your site.
- Web content: I'll work with you to get all the right words, products, services, photos, logos, etc. onto your site to make it tell your story and speak to your customers.
- SEO: And, I'll do the search engine optimization work so that your site has a strategy applied to it that will help Google find it and help customers find it when they search.
I always stick with you through the end of the process, helping to get the site published, make sure it's indexed with Google and checking for any issues or errors that might hinder it. Even when you pay me, I'll be here to help. If there's something causing an issue a month later that is related to my work, I'll jump to fix it. If you grow and need to modify the site or strategy later, I'll be there to discuss, advise and work.
I'll help you with all the small things too - like getting set up with a Google My Business profile or a Facebook business page.

After purchasing the project, send requirements so James can start the project.

We should talk up front about the project so that I can clearly understand what you're looking for and we can set clear expectations. This also will give us time to ask questions and set some next steps in the project.
Receive content - photos, business information
After our initial discussion, I will need to get information from you to use on the site, such as a business logo, any photos you might want to use, and written content to describe and promote your business and the services/products it offers.
