I am confident in my ability to surprise and delight clients with even the simplest of projects. I have a unique 4-year Bachelor of Science with NC State that I developed myself surrounding UX and Human Computer Interaction and experience working with IBM and IRB-approved psychological research studies at NC State University. That means that I know industry-standard processes and am incredibly strict on the validity my research. I have minors in computer programming and cognitive science, which means that I can translate the lived experience of a person that uses your product into advanced technical concepts from my years of experience with low-level languages like C. This makes me a great candidate for working with both developers and management alongside any other stakeholder.

Discovery
This is the research stage, where I identify key stakeholders, look at similar problems or products elsewhere, develop user personas, map user journeys, and end up with a series of needs statements per each stakeholder persona. Research depth varies.
Ideation
This is where I identify the first iteration for a solution, identify Hills-- key hurdles to overcome through design, and rapidly wireframe on paper, usually dividing the function of the experience into components like pages.
