thank you for reaching out! My name is Dimitris and I’ve been a designer for 2 decades. I’ve worked in design studios and architectural firms and also as a freelancer. I had the opportunity to participate in several large-scale projects as a Project Manager, such as office buildings, luxurious residences, malls and high-end hotels.
I recently launched my own business "More Practice" to offer a fresh approach to design projects and to be more dedicated to the creation process. The main objective is to develop ergonomically functional drawings with specifications, that will meet your needs and help the construction process!

Architectural Designer Needed for Castle Project
Dimitris was highly engaged, creative, and easy to work with throughout the project. He communicated well, stayed flexible with ongoing changes, and did a great job turning broad ideas into practical architectural concepts, layouts, and 3D visuals. He also showed a strong understanding of how to blend modern minimalistic design with traditional and cultural elements of the region.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Dimitris can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Dimitris receives requirements from you.
Dimitris works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Preliminary Design
I will prepare the briefing and the scope of works of your requirements and the first schematics of the space. I will also create a mood board that will match your style and your construction budget.
Final Design
After your reviews and feedback, I will design and submit the agreed design package: Plans and elevations of the space, finishes specs and - upon request - the 3D modeling of the space with renders and complete millwork detailing.
