User Research
I will conduct this through Google Forms for the app/site with a diverse group of people. Then I will deliver complete details, results and analysis to the client before proceeding with the next step. I will ensure that the pool is wide enough too.
User Personas
I will build user personas, accommodating all the user research data I have gathered through the Form. I will submit a PDF to the client so as to evaluate the correctness and completeness of the personas. Only on approval, I will proceed.
