Balsamiq expert needed to create prototype of web application - January 15 completion deadline.
Christian was amazing. With very little input to work with, he completed a complicated wireframe prototype ahead of schedule. All throughout the process, he not only understood and anticipated my expectations, but he also somehow understood my design requirements so well that he was able to suggest design elements that exceeded my expectations. Christian communicated succinctly and accurately and kept our meeting times to a minimum, while proactively asking exactly the questions needed to gain the understanding of the project he was working on. Christian is ambitious and driven, is a self-starter and takes ownership and pride in his work.

Unfortunately working with Christian did not proceed as expected. He took on too much and did not commit the time required for this project. He also does not like to take direction. This was a very big project that needed an upgrade. There are business reasons for taking certain decisions that he didn't want to consider, feeling it would somehow tarnish the "integrity" of his process. In the end, he decided to leave the project because he could not work collaboratively and needed complete control. The work he did do was a good start, but he is not equipped to work on a large project or in a team.

Depending on the current state of the product, I will conduct standard UX research methods in order to define the users we are designing for. Some of the methods include: User Interviews, Usability Testing, Competitive/Comparative Market Analysis.
