I've worked as a designer for eighteen years, and I've specialized as a UX and Software designer for the last ten years.
UX review services are one of my primary client services, and over the last year, I've completed more than 50. Some clients come back for further reviews once changes have been implemented.
What sets me apart in the world of SaaS and software design is my understanding of the business decisions behind the design decisions. I founded my first SaaS in 2013, which I successfully grew until 2019, when I exited and moved on to new adventures.
My perspective is very different from that of many designers. I believe in Market, Solution, and Design. Design is only *one* element of many that contribute to a successful SaaS business. As a new user and senior UX and software designer, I can give you a fresh perspective on your SaaS.

I will quickly check your website copy and branding. I want to confirm that what is promised in your copy is delivered in the app. I also want to see how easy it is to get to the signup screen. Consistency begins on your website.
Signup Screens
From here, I will begin my journey as a new user. Any sticking points, inconsistencies, etc, will all be noted. The signup screens deserve far more importance than many product teams give them.
