Website Design Refinement (Clean, Minimal, 3-page site from 5-Fast Turnaround)
This request is being made due to non-delivery of the contracted final scope.
While initial structural work was completed under Milestone 1, the final deliverable — a fully functional, standalone 3-page WordPress site deployed on the EmployProTech domain — has not been provided.
The freelancer has stated that completing the required installation, Oxygen setup, migration, DNS/SSL configuration, and launch would require an additional $450, which falls within the original agreed scope and fixed-price contract.
As such, completion of the project has been declined unless additional payment is made beyond the contract.
Given the missed timeline, incomplete delivery, and refusal to complete the agreed scope without additional compensation, I am requesting a refund of the remaining escrow funds.
A final opportunity to complete the project under the original agreement was provided on June 17, 2026.
