Basic 3D Model Draft
With this, you get to see the basic or skeletal model usually without textures, lighting and colors. It is also not photo-realistic as the intention is to show you that all the major design components are in their right proportions and places.
Final High-Quality Render
High-quality renders are produced at this stage. Lighting, materials, texture, and fixtures are added in to produce a photo-realistic visualization of the Bathroom
