Logo Redesign Freelancer made 3 logo concepts, 2 of which were targeted at different business because she confused us with a different client. We asked her to remove the elements pertaining to the other business, not even a complete redesign. After arriving at an acceptable design, some changes needed to be made because she is not a detail oriented designer. Much spacing off and didn't follow simple requests but provided changes not requested instead. When requested changes over several times for the same thing (very simple changes but important) she often didn't follow requests correctly & became agitated and uncooperative when we had to ask again. Sad since we were almost finished, but instead she delivered locked files incomplete and demanded payment, which she has also been doing every time the simplest change were requested. Beware of using her. It's too bad, she has talent, but attitude is poor. Files she delivered were incomplete and a waste of our time and money. Disputing final payment.
