Zazy is an app for building online multiple services providers. It provides online services like online Food delivery, Restaurants, Handyman, Electrician, Plumber, Beautician, Doctors, etc.
🍽 My task was to create app UX and design that should be unique, attractive, and distinguish from the current online service provider apps design. This was very challenging to display all 8 to 10 services on a single mobile screen.
♟ I started by going through the project description and identifying the main points to creating a mind map it allowed me to see the general picture and needs of the project.
🔍 Then I conducted competitor analysis, I was analyzing the indirect competitors, because of the uniqueness of the project. I was creating some "competitor map" for myself to see their good features and week points and based on this build information architecture.
✅ When I found the right style, I created a visual design and a style guide for the developer.
Through all project, I kept my client updated and make some adjustments based on a client's response.
