You will get an analysis of your website in regards to UX/UI and usability. This heavily affects the conversion of visitors into customers, and my report will be taking into account the comfort of the user as well as the possibilities to improve the marketing side of things.
I will analyze a big number of aspects of your website, including its content, UI, navigation, search, segmentation, product pages (if applicable), company page, etc. After I make the analysis, I will provide you with a Google doc folder with the files on each aspect of the analysis, as well as record Loom videos to better explain every point I make. Please do be aware that the report will be very hefty (especially when purchasing the non-basic option), most likely consisting of 20+ google doc files and 20+ videos. It might easily get overwhelming, so I advise that you and your team be prepared for a deep prioritization session to discuss all the adjustments you'll want to make afterward. :)
