Lightening system for a Device
Iftikhar showed some skill in conceptual design but failed to deliver a 3D print-ready design despite multiple iterations and extensive guidance. His lack of understanding of basic 3D printing requirements became a significant obstacle, leading to delays and inefficiencies. Moreover, after failing to meet the original project scope, he proposed doubling the project budget, which was both unwarranted and unprofessional. While his use of an external person for some work raised concerns about adherence to Upwork’s guidelines, the primary issue was his inability to fulfill the technical requirements of the project. I cannot recommend Iftikhar for tasks requiring 3D printing expertise or clear accountability.
