Book Formatting & Layout
The final result was good and the project was eventually completed successfully.
My issue was not the additional cost. I was happy to pay for extra work if it was genuinely required.
My frustration came from a complete lack of accountability when a major issue arose that resulted in the work needing to be rebuilt. The original instructions were provided clearly, yet when the consequences of those decisions became apparent, there was no acknowledgement that the situation could have been different. No ownership was taken, no responsibility was accepted, and the entire burden of correcting the problem was placed on me to pay him again as the client.
Had concerns been raised at the time, or alternative options been discussed, the situation could likely have been avoided altogether. Instead, I was left paying for a complete rebuild while being told that was simply the cost of moving forward.
The work itself was good. The way this situation was handled was not.

Fix Formatting of PDF SPONSORSHIP PACKET
Aqib is one of the most patient Freelancers I have ever worked with on Upwork. We ran into major technical issues with Software in trying to Edit and prepare a 6-Page Capital Campaign Sponsorship Packet to take to the Printer. Navigating back and forth between the difficult to edit PDF Files, Word version of the Files, and Canva Version of the Files, he remained calm and patient and did not get upset. In the end, he was able to figure out how to make the font size clearly readable when printed out to take to the Printer to Order the Sponsorship Packets.
