Product & graphic design
We used to work with a freelancer on multiple occasions before, and everything was fine; this time, the freelancer repeatedly failed to meet deadlines, work was delayed for months. She also insisted on releasing the first milestone upon starting the project, but then Raphaelle started bringing up personal issues, etc.
We were trying to be understanding, but long story short - we got nothing. It was a website she was supposed to build. We informed her we do not need it anymore due to delays and other mistakes; she ended up deleting the designs, so we were left with zero and paid 50% of the price of the project.
We were asking her to refund us for the first milestone, cause again we got absolutely nothing at the end, she also deleted all the designs, etc, but she refused to do so. It was a waste of time and money for us. Very disappointing experience.
