illustrator, artist & (logo) designer for eco-friendly / ethical work
Leeuwarden, Netherlands - 7:27 pm local time
I graduated at the Art Academy in Holland in 2016. After that I have been travelling for some years in Europe and South-America, and after lived in a beautiful mobile home for a year, while traveling trough Portugal and working at different ecological projects, doing illustration work, painting murals and selling my artworks. In 2023 I bought a piece of land in France together with my partner. Here we are busy starting up a permaculture project with organic veggie farm, food forest, medicinal herb mandala garden, natural buildings and working on finding the most ecological solutions for living here. In summer I sell my art on festivals and local markets. Next to this I keep doing my illustration and design work.
Nature is my source of inspiration for both my work and the way i live my life and make my daily choices. My wish is that our earth would be treated with more love and gratitude and I hope to contribute to the growing of this consciousness through my work. This is why I only apply to job offerings that concern a eco friendly or ethical product or project.
My strengths are authenticity, out of the box-thinking, a natural style, feeling for beautiful earthly colour palettes, observing, kind communication & storytelling in image. These strengths result in unique and original deliveries.
I like to listen very attentive to my clients, to obtain a clear idea of what they desire, so i can translate this into a suiting image and end product.
I am skilled in PhotoShop, ProCreate & InDesign. I either work analogue and digitalize after, or i draw digitally directly in ProCreate.
