Brick City Loft
Working with Ruslana on my unique direct booking website was one of the best collaborative experiences I’ve had on a project.
From day one, she was incredibly detailed, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing the vision to life. I’m a very creative person with a lot of ideas, and instead of simply saying yes to everything, she brought the perfect balance of creativity, strategy, and structure. There were times she pushed back or recommended a different direction, and honestly, those moments made the project even stronger. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare.
What stood out most was how collaborative the entire process felt. It never felt transactional. It felt like building with someone who truly cared about the final product and the long term success of the brand. She consistently brought thoughtful ideas to the table, paid attention to the small details, and made sure the website not only looked premium, but also functioned at a very high level from a user experience standpoint.
She also went above and beyond by creating instructional videos to help me learn and manage Webflow properly, which I really appreciated. Even after launch, she has continued supporting the project and finishing additional refinements during the first month. That level of commitment says a lot about her character and work ethic.
I’m extremely happy with the final result and look forward to working with her again on future projects. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, patient, strategic, collaborative, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend Ruslana. Also, the time difference of being 7 hours ahead of my time did not make a difference.
