Women's Rugby 7s t-shirt design
Revilla has been the most challenging contractor that I have worked with on Upwork. The organisation associated with Revilla has projects on other platforms and it seemed Revilla wanted to use the guidelines on those platforms and not the one's associated with my project she accepted or the requirements of Upwork itself. Revilla from the start requested that I email her information about the project, which goes against Upwork guidelines. The project was organised with a draft milestone and a final milestone. This was designed so feedback could be given before too much work was put in if changes were needed. The first images I received were completed images. When changes were requested, I was told I had only two. This was not part of the project she accepted, but the structure of her Etsy offerings. The effort to get her to complete drafts, then move to the next step, caused her more work than was necessary. I am still not 100% happy with her output, but I do not want to deal with this anymore.
