I could not recommend Natalia more, for so many reasons.
She’s extremely diligent and organized. She kept me fully informed throughout the course of milestones and was always quick to respond to messages. She has mastery over many applications to keep (sprawling) & growing projects in check and on task, though at the same time providing enough leash to let creative juices roll and ideas to morph into even better ideas. When you work with her you quickly learn that she truly does want to see your project succeed and this makes a world of difference (and helped sustain my own enthusiasm while on the emotional roller coaster of a project such as the one I am on).
Her mastery also includes an impressive competence in the technical side of creating a web-based software application. She knows how to effectively communicate and coordinate with software developers, and in so many ways is able to take initiative. With this ability to communicate with developers is a strong understanding of what is and is not possible (or at least when things might be possible or best timed), as well as how to set out an appropriate timeline for each milestone (and the substance of milestones themselves).
