This was a milestone project where I took full ownership of the design and development of an agricultural reaper machine for a startup company.
The goal was to complete the full-cycle product design—from reverse engineering to production readiness—within a strict 3-month timeline.
This project was a major shift in my role, giving me the opportunity to lead a complex product development task from scratch.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
✅ Measured all parts (plates, shafts, gears, chains) for reverse engineering.
✅ Designed complete 3D models and assemblies in Creo.
✅ Performed speed & strength calculations; analyzed in ANSYS.
✅ Selected materials based on strength, wear, and cost.
✅ Created detailed 2D & assembly drawings for manufacturing.
✅ Developed assembly fixtures for accurate welding.
✅ Achieved first-time-right production with zero design errors.
Project Outcome:
Completed entire machine design and fixture development within 3 months.
Set a benchmark for design efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
