Unfortunately this was a huge waste of my time and money. Harmanpreet and his partner could not follow the job description and task brief. They kept doing work that was not asked for and going ahead with design work without consulting me of what I wanted beforehand. As a result I got image designs for out of date products that were no use to me, when I asked for a website to be built first not image design. Once I finally got them to understand the simple process I just encountered more and more problems, for example "..Additionally, the dynamic title, which was meant to be unique and not a replica of Prime Vapes website, as clarified to you previously, had been rushed ahead and just copied from the Prime Vapes website design. As per the brief, I have asked " 2. Dynamic title font – if you look at prime vapes, you can see the moving image below the font – to discuss options, design..." you have not consulted me on the dynamic design or other available options but just replicated their exact design from my competitor's website. I have clearly explained from the outset that I wished for my website to be unique, and not a copy of my competition...". this is just one of may similar and continued issues I had while work with them so was forced to end the contract. They refused any type of refund and would not accept any responsibility for their errors. Its a shame as a very nice couple and had high hopes for a long term working relationship, but in the end I have just lost time and money with no useable results.
