Firstly, Juliano had lots of issues following directions throughout the time we worked together. The only way we were able to get things done is by me sitting with him on a call and repeating instructions several times for him to follow them. After some initial success working together he basically disappeared and continued making excuses about his availability related to his other job. Despite that I waited for him based on his promises to resume work only for him to suddenly end the contract later out of nowhere. I do not recommend working with a person who does not even consider talking to his client before ending the contract suddenly let alone on the day he had promised to resume work the week earlier. Aside from that the main issue I had with Juliano was that he was only able to do tasks when I gave the exact instructions, given that he represented himself as a skilled designer I really expected that he would provide some kind of holistic feedback or design input on our work which he never really did. I was really disappointed with his output most of the time unless I was providing him exact instructions on what to do. He does have some skills working with figma but it really did not mean much when I had to guide every single step with repeated instructions. Overall not recommended given his unprofessional conduct, issues with his work output, skills, communication, and availability,

My current activities are build a custom Design System for guidelines to my Developer, do some research for new feature and Designing it on Figma.
I have expertise on Design System especially in Token Naming and UI Design. I always use autolayout for responsiveness, and I know to maintain custom Design System using Properties feature in Figma. I also now implement my Atomic Design into code using Google Antigravity (similar to cursor) so my Dev can just reuse the atomic component I have made.
