Angela did a great job; however, communication was not very effective this time. The project took longer than expected, and she did not meet the timelines or provide feedback on the reasons for the delays. Nonetheless, she delivered good quality work.
I have worked with her before, but it seems she was busier than usual this time. I plan to work with her again in the future, but I will ensure that timelines are met and that she is not overwhelmed with other commitments.
