Experienced Web Designer Needed for Website Redesign & Development

Creative Website Developer who knows current Trends and AI
In today's AI driven world we expect the results quickly. Ideally the contract is for 1 month but extended more than 3 months and the quality is not as expected. We expect the solution provider should give right ideas and suggestions rather than expecting every requirement, eevry page explained from our end even after giving reference sites. We paid USD 2500 then withdrawn as nearly 4 months' time lost, instead of further wasting our time we hired another consultant and got the website up in 3 weeks of time.
