Hi, are you looking for a professional engineer to find out the load carrying capacity of your structure? or want to optimize the product design to save material and manufacturing cost? Using my experimental skills I'll optimize the design by analyzing the structures and load carrying parts of a product using advance tools like SolidWorks and Ansys FEA simulations.
I'll run the Finite Element Analysis by preparing detail oriented 3D models, adding materials and boundary conditions and by calculating and applying the loads acting on the bodies. We'll define the appropriate connections between the parts to analyze the effect of load transformation from one part to another. The results of the simulation studies will be instrumental to find out the load carrying capacity of a design, highlighting the weak and strong points in a structure to optimize the design by adding or removing materials or by replacing or chaining the design of the structural elements.
