The freelancer was not able to submit the work on time till the proposed deadlines of each milestones. Also everything was clearly discussed at the start but later as the project proceeded he asked for increase in the price and delayed the work even more because of not increasing the price.Initially the price was increased because he was not having required skills of meshing in ANSA and I agreed to it but later he was not at all ready to do the required modifications and improvisations.
It is completely true that when we have to do any analysis then Meshing and deck preparation becomes an important step and accurate and refined mesh is necessary in order to completely arrive on accurate results.This freelancer denied improvisations and was hesitant on doing improvisations and I had to push him to do it and submit tasks on time.Also for 2 weeks he was completely unresponsive.I missed the deadlines because of this freelancer and my expectation was also not met.
He should have been on time and punctual if he grabs the project.Also documentation should be done as required as discussed without hesitation.
