I always knew that I wanted to do something that touched people. Therefore, upon completing my studies in political science and international relations, I decided to embark upon a journey in the field of human resources and recruitment. Throughout my career, I identified and recruited talented individuals in a wide variety of fields such as consulting, technology and software, construction, retail, and FMCG.
Having spent several years in this field, I decided to transition into the non-profit sphere, with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. In that capacity, I am currently working as a project leader where I spearhead programmes tailored to support and mentor teenage and young adult girls in advancing their careers in Turkey.
