3D Interior Design Project – 4-Bedroom Full House Design
This project was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Although some work was submitted, several critical deliverables from the original agreement were never completed.
In addition, the freelancer attempted to charge extra fees ($150) for items that were never agreed upon in advance. As a client, I expect any additional costs to be clearly discussed and approved before proceeding, not after the fact.
Communication was inconsistent, and despite reminders, the freelancer did not provide a clear plan or timeline to complete the pending work. Ultimately, I had no option but to close the contract and request a refund through Upwork.
Future clients should be cautious and ensure that clear agreements are in place before starting, as the scope of work here was not honoured.
