Stage #1: Research
I would conduct an In-Depth UX research about the whole process based on the Feature details backlog that You provide to me.
Stage #2: Creating Wireframes
Based on the UX research I would draw wireframes that would ensure the proper process flow to determine the Usability testing along with maintaining the info hierarchy.
