Photography Trial Run
Jacqueline really is the best! I hired her from looking at her product picture portfolio and the result were satisfying - she was extremely communicative and provided valuable feedback on the product direction. Our next project is short videos and I am looking forward to working with her again!

Etsy Sticker Optimization Specialist Needed
I'll do my best to provide honest feedback here. Overall, Jacqueline understood the job and provided great communication and research into our strategy for Etsy. She created and executed a variety of images and SEO strategy for a family of products. However, I found the approach to lean too heavily into AI visuals and data, and the result has not improved our sales on Etsy for the collection that we worked on.
More hours were booked than expected, and I do not believe I'll be seeing a return on my investment here.
At the end of our contract, I asked for a report on the effectiveness of our work so far (have we had more sales on Etsy, etc), and I received a report with errors that mentioned products that we don't carry at all. The report was clearly created using AI, and I didn't feel like I could trust the data after that.
