Start immediately - revamping existing client wordpress sites
We were able to create 3-4 websites within a month, and it was decently done in time. Initial work was decent and was expecting to work in the future so we kept contract open, only to find that after a month of no work he started billing us at the maximum amount of hours on weekly basis. We had many contracts open so it took a while to notice and he slipped by with that. He started billing 40 hours weekly stating the same few sites in the description and when confronted he said "it was for maintenance of the sites". . and admitted there were never talks about maintenance and that no maintenance was requested. these were wordpress sites.
Won't be working with him again and advise others to consider this morality as a measure for whoever wants to work with him.
