Overall, Elioting did good quality work; however, it required back-and-forth work to fix website responsiveness and multiple glitches. It was a pleasant experience working with them until, in the end, they demanded payment outside of predetermined milestones. For example, the contract was for 20 pages. We only required 5, but the freelancer demanded full payment, which is weird because they only had to do 1/4th of the work, and we already paid more than 60% of the total project cost.
