UI/UX Designer Needed for Landing Page & Mobile App Screens (Figma)

Canva Wedding Invitation Video – Replicate Design + AI Video Enhancement (URGENT)
The initial design work was completed and I appreciate the effort put into the project. However, the overall experience became difficult near the final stage.
This was an urgent wedding invitation video project with a 12 to 24 hour delivery expectation. A final ending/page 7 content update had been discussed earlier in the project, but after the milestone payment was released, the agency owner stated that no further updated files would be shared unless the contract was closed first.
I had already released the payment in good faith and only requested the final updated Canva file before closing the contract. Because the final deliverable was withheld until contract closure, I had to contact Upwork Support and proceed through mediation.
The work itself had potential, but the final delivery process and communication were not handled professionally.
